2011-12 Relentless Holiday Clinic Series

MUST WEAR SNEAKERS FOR 2/20 CLINIC
Relentless Holiday Series provides clinics with progressive drills designed to develop the complete lacrosse player.
Each clinic will be designed around a different aspect of the game.
In the first 2 clinics, players will be taught stick work, position specifics, offensive shooting, defensive approach, stick checks, passing, dodging and team concepts. All players will be constantly enhancing their lacrosse IQ. The 3rd installment of the series will focus solely on player's "New Hand" learning and drilling fundamentals with their off hand.
Clinic 1: Black Friday (November 25, 2011) - Shooting
Clinic 2: MLK Day (January 16, 2012) - Dodging & Defensive Approach/Concepts
Relentless Dodging
* Detailed footwork focusing heavily on the split, roll and jab combo dodges
* Dodging IQ: Learning when, where and what dodges to use to maximize opportunity
* Shooting out of each dodge
Relentless Defense
* Detailed footwork & agility drills
* Proper technique for the defensive approach
* Team defense concepts with "on-ball and off-ball" drills
Clinic 3: Presidents Day (February 20, 2012) - New Hand
* Fundamental stick work isolating the players off-hand
* Passing and catching
* Shooting & Stick Protection
*A portion of this program's registration fee will be donated to the HEADstrong Foundation, to help support the fight against blood cancers.

8th - 12th grade: 9am - 12pm
4th - 7th grade: 1pm - 4pm
