Relentless Skill Sessions
Thank you to all who participated this winter. Good luck this spring in your season. We hope to see you at Summer Camp!
Overview of what each player will learn:
* Proper hand placement- Number 1 flaw for beginners - Drill: Wrist Snaps
* Stick Placement- Where and how to hold the stick for dodging, passing, shooting- all different - Drill: Relentless 4 reaction drill
* Stick path- Path the stick travels from start point to endpoint- Number 2 biggest flaw for beginners - Drill: Arm pulls(partner)
* Catching- Catching made easy - Drill:Relentless soft hands Drill
* Groundballs- the most common situation for beginners - Drill-Musical GB's
* Shooting- basic shooting techniques- footwork, shoulders, arms, hands/wrist
*A portion of this program's registration fee will be donated to the HEADstrong Foundation, to help support the fight against blood cancers.

2nd-8th grade - Beginner
2nd-4th grade - Experienced
5th-8th grade - Experienced
Beginner - never played organized lacrosse before
Experienced - having played some sort of organized lacrosse
