Camp Weeks: July 12 | July 26 | Aug. 9

Field Hockey Camp
Emphasis will be placed on the fundamentals of the game through basic skill instruction and game related drills. Our camp is designed to help make your child a better player and instill the love of field "hockey" in every player.

* Defensive Footwork

Field Hockey High School Camp - August 9-12
This session is for High School Players only. We will be focusing on preparing you for your high school season. This intense session is designed to get you ready for your season. We will be working on conditioning, up to date skills and techniques.

Girl's Lacrosse and Field Hockey Combo Camp - July 26-30
Designed specifically for the multi-sport athlete. The combo camp allows campers to learn, play and enjoy both Lacrosse and Field Hockey in one week! During the week the morning session will be spent with one sport and the afternoon with another. A perfect way for any player to enjoy what each sport has to offer!

About our staff:
We have a high level of coaches that are coming from Division I, II and III programs.  We have college coaches, high school coaches and current college players who work with our players each week. Our dedication to helping players improve their skills and confidence is why we coach.  We teach them the newest techniques and strategies to better understand the game. 

What to Bring:
stick  |  mouth guard  |  shin guards  |  water  |  sneakers  |  goalies need to provide their own equipment.

1/2 Day: $160
Full Day: $260
Deposit Option: Non-refundable deposit of $75.00 per week per camper.

Welcome to United Sports Field Hockey Camp! We appreciate your support of United Sports and look forward to working with your daughters.  Here are a few items that will help to facilitate a great week of camp:

  • The drop off (8:45 am) at the White Tent located behind Turf Field 2. If running late, please walk your daughter out to our field.
  • Pick up (12 pm / 3:00 pm) location on Turf Field 1. This will remain the same throughout the week. For safety purposes all campers must check out with a counselor before leaving with parent. We will have a checkout list with all coaching staff. Please do not leave with your daughter directly from the field.
  • Please contact USTC (610-466-7100) and leave us a message if your daughter will be missing a day.
  • Please make sure that you bring both sneakers and cleats, just incase we go inside. We need to make sure that all campers have the proper footwear.

For your convenience, we have prepared an outline of what to expect each day during camp:

Monday, July 12

AM Session: Turf Field 1

  • Stick Skills, Dribbling, Dodging, Cutting, Open stick position, catching on the move

PM Session - Turf Field 1*

  • Small games, 3 v 2, 3 v 3 and Shooting

Tuesday, July 13

AM Session: Turf Field 1

  • Passing & Receiving on the Move, Defensive Positioning & Double Teams, switching fields

PM Session - Turf Field 1*

  • Hitting, Shooting

Wednesday, July 14 - Spirit Day!  Campers are to wear their favorite color T-Shirt. Awards will be given out for the most spirited camper!

AM Session: Turf Field 1

  • Defensive Positioning, using the lanes, looking for open field space.

PM Session - Turf Field 1*

  • Small games, going over field position, give and go's, free hits.

Thursday, July 15 - WATERSLIDE DAY (Please bring a bathing suit & towel)

AM Session: Turf Field 1

  • Skills Competition, Dribbling, Shooting.

PM Session - Turf Field 1*

  • Small games, 3 v 2, 3 v 3 and Shooting

Friday, July 16 - WEAR YOUR CAMP T-SHIRT (Remember half day only!!)

AM Session: Turf Field 1

  • Relay races, fun competition....
  • 11:30 am Awards Assembly (Location - TBD)
