With various gymnastics class options United Sports is a great place for your child to start or continue his/her gymnastics career!

- Gymnastics Open Play - Monday & Wednesday, 9:30am to 12:00pm
Parents can bring their child to the gym to open play. There will be differnt implements set out each week for the children, guided by their parents, to explore and play with. Parents must be with their child at all times. $5 drop in fee
Gymnastics Fun Nights -- February 16th, March 24th, April 20th -- 5:00pm to 8:00pm
Come out and have a fun night of gymnastics, crafts, games, and moonbounces! A great way for children to show parents what they've been working on in class, or just to have a good time to have some gymnastics fun! Cost is $20/members and $25/non-members.

Toddle Bugs (Ages 2-3yrs)
Introduce your toddler to a wide variety of movements in a fun environment that provides an opportunity to develop and refine gross motor skills. Children move at their own pace with their parent or guardian's involvement.
Mini Gymnastics (Co-Ed 3-4 Years)
Younger preschoolers will grow and develop as they learn the fundamental vocabulary and skills associated with gymnastics. They will grow not just physically buy mentally and socially as they learn how to follow a teacher's instructions, interact with peers and develop self-confidence on the bars, beam, floor, vault and tumbltrak.
Twisters (Co-Ed 4-5 Years)
Older preschoolers will continue to learn the fundamental vocabulary and skills associated with gymnastics. They will grow not just physically buy mentally and socially as they learn how to follow a teacher's instructions, interact with peers and develop self-confidence on the bars, beam, floor, vault and tumbltrak.
Recreation Level I (Ages 5-10)
Basic skills are taught at this introductory level to aid in forming building blocks for attaining higher level skills. Instruction includes vault, bars, beam, floor and tumble track. Evaluation and recommendation for future sessions included.
Recreation Level II (Ages 5-10)
In Level 2, skills from Level 1 will be reviewed, along with new and more challenging curriculum. Instruction includes vault, bars, beam, floor and tumble track. Evaluation and recommendation for future sessions included.
Recreation Level III (Ages 5-12)
This class is for students who have accomplished Levels 1 and 2. Instruction includes the floor, bar, beam, vault and springboard.
Recreation Level IV (Ages 5-12)
This class is for student who have accomplished levels 1-3 and have been recommended for Level 4. Instruction includes vault, bars, beam, floor & tumble track. Skills needed include round off with one back handspring, front and back walkovers, pullover and back hip circle on bars. Beam skills will vary.
Participants will learn forward/backward rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, and the basics of back handsprings along with strength conditioning. Get ready for cheer tryouts or improve your general tumbling for gymnastics!
