2010 All American Showcase - Capitol Cup
June 18-20, 2010 - (Boyds, MD) | IWLCA Capitol Cup
Registration is today from 2-9pm. It is at our Headquarters Tent, inside Vendor Village, which is in front of the staduim at the Maryland Soccerplex.
All games this evening, Friday, June 18th, on Field 23 are moved to Field 22. Game times have not changed, just field number. Game fields and times for Saturday and Sunday are on as scheduled.

>The Conference and Visitors Bureau of Montgomery County, Inc. is pleased to assist teams in securing hotel rooms for the upcoming tournament. We ask that you thoroughly read all reservation information prior to reviewing the hotel facilities seen below and filling out your team rooming list.
All teams that participate in the All American Showcase- Capital Cup Tournament must make their reservations through the housing service that is being provided by the Conference and Visitors Bureau of Montgomery County, MD. Any out-of-town team that does not use this travel service will automatically be dropped from the tournament with no refund of fees.
TEAM RESERVATIONS:
RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE BY FRIDAY, MAY 22, 2010
Please note all team reservations must be guaranteed with an individual name and a credit card. Any room requested without a name or credit card number will not be reserved.
If you do not have individual names or credit card numbers at this time, you are still able to submit the Housing Reservation Form (found on the housing registration site, www.visitmontgomery.com/registration under your tournament listing), but you must supply at least 1 credit card number to hold your room block request.
A complete rooming list with individual names and credit card numbers must be supplied by May 22, 2010, the deadline for submitting rooming lists.
NOTE: THIS SITE IS DESIGNED FOR TEAM RESERVATIONS. IF YOU ARE AN INDIVIDUAL, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR TEAM'S MANAGER OR COACH.
HOTEL ASSIGNMENTS:
The Conference and Visitors Bureau of Montgomery County, MD will be notifying teams of their hotel assignment within three (3) business days of the day a team submits their rooming list.
CANCELLATION POLCIES:
Deposit Policy: One night's room and tax by credit card guarantee per individual reservation will be charged on May 29, 2010, 21 days prior to arrival.
Individual Cancellations: Individual can cancel their reservations up to 72 hours prior to arrival; as long as those individual cancellations do not equal 50% or more of the teams total room block per night (see team cancellation policy below).
Team Cancellation Deadline: Teams canceling 50% or more of rooms per night after May 29, 2010 will forfeit their one night's room and tax deposit. A team cancellation is defined as 50% or more of a team's rooms being cancelled per night.
