Intro to Sports Mini Camp

Intro to Sports is a new camp to United Sports this summer. We will be offering a variety of sports like soccer, baseball, basketball, etc. This introduces and gives children the opportunity to experience many different sports!

DATES

Players will learn and develop the basic skills for different sports.

Monday – Soccer and Flag Football

Tuesday – Baseball and Track

Wednesday – Basketball and Gymnastics

Thursday – Field Hockey and Lacrosse

Friday – Review and Scrimmage of sports

With a player to coach ratio of 10:1 or fewer and specific skill groups. Camps are held on different surfaces throughout United Sports.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Refillable water bottle

  • Sneakers

  • Equipment: Soccer – N/A, Flag Football – N/A, Baseball – Glove(if already own), Track – N/A, Basketball – Basketball(if already own), Gymnastics – N/A, Field Hockey – Stick(if already own), Lacrosse – Stick(if already own)

9:00 a.m. – 10:20 a.m. – First Sport
10:20 a.m. – 10:40 a.m. – Break
10:40 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. – Second Sport
