Adult flag football offers plenty of opportunities for friends to get together and play with five seasons of 5v5 games throughout the year. Our indoor, boarded fields provide a fast-paced league at two different skill levels – Competitive and Rec. Competitive players should be highly athletic with flag football experience, where our Rec teams are for more casual players to have fun and exercise.

Youth leagues provide the ultimate NFL Flag Football experience under the Friday night lights of our outdoor fields in the fall and spring! A winter season is also offered indoors on Friday, Saturday and some Sundays.
