- Games and practices are played in the Kinetic Dome on Friday evenings
- Games are scheduled between 5 – 10Pm
- 2 x 20 minute halves | 7 Game season + 1 pre-season practice
- Game times will be updated weekly on DaySmart

- Teams are coached by volunteer parents. Please let us know if you have interest in coaching!
- Teams will be built by the director making every attempt to balance evenly. Parents will be asked to evaluate their child’s ability and experience during the registration process. Please be as accurate as possible to the best of your knowledge. Players may make a request to play with a friend or for carpooling, BUT these requests will need to be matching in order to be honored. No requests are guaranteed, but director will try to accommodate at least one matching request per player.

Coed Recreational Divisions:
- K-1st Grade

Coed Competitive Divisions:
- 2-3rd Grade
- 4-5th Grade
- 6-7th Grade
Girls Only Divisions:
- 2-4th Grade
- 5-6th Grade
- 7-9th Grade
Competitive Divisions: Players in these divisions should expect a high level of competitive from opponents, and ideally possess a solid understanding of the game rules, passing routes, & general football philosophies. While not required, we also suggest that any player registering for the competitive divisions would have a skill level of 3 or higher (out of 5) for enjoyment & balance.
Recreational Divisions: Perfect for beginners or those just looking for a more relaxed atmosphere. The same flag experience with games, playoffs, etc. but without the high level of competition that is expected in the competitive divisions. And excellent option for the casual player or someone looking to try something new.
*Any division may be combined with another based on numbers to operate
GAME DAY
- What to Bring: Cleats are permitted, as well as sneakers or turf shoes – cleats must be plastic. No metal or screw-in cleats allowed.
- Bring water bottle for all practices & games
- Players with no signed waiver will not be allowed on the field
- Players will be required to check-in with the field marshal at the start of each game.
Registration Information
- Refunds are only issued in the event of program cancellation.
- An administration fee is required for program registration. This admin fee is good for one year, once paid, covers all admin costs for all programs for the year. The admin fee must be paid prior to registration, or you will receive an error.
- Only players, coaches, and officials are permitted inside the field of play.
- All spectators, including siblings, must remain outside netting/boards.
- Any issues should be brought to United Sports staff immediately.
- Any parent or non-coach entering the field of play may be removed from facility and/or suspended from attendance.
- Commentary will remain positive at all times toward players, coaches, officials, and other parents.
- United Sports staff, once informed or made aware of an issue, will be the ones to handle any concerns or problems
