BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Find out more about Birthday Parties at United Sports! Make your child’s birthday unforgettable at United Sports! We set up. We clean up. You have fun! Our party hosts will run the activities and take care of everything to ensure your guests have a blast.
This class is designed to help children learn the basics of running and to get up and move while having fun. The children will prepare to run 1-mile, run sprints, do dynamic stretches, and play a group game as a warm up.
Athletes will develop a better understanding of body awareness, pacing, speed, and sprint mechanics.
AGE GROUPS
Boys & Girls; Ages 7 to 12
WHAT TO BRING
All necessary equipment is provided. Bring a water bottle (labeled with your name) and wear sneakers. Note: When weather cooperates we sometimes practice outdoors; please plan accordingly (sunscreen, weather appropriate attire, etc).
COST

**Classes will be prorated if a session has fewer classes.**
IMPORTANT NOTES
*Administration Fee required. This yearly administration fee, once paid, covers all individual registrations for all programs throughout the year. Learn more.
*Almost every activity has a minimum number of registrants needed to cover the expenses or to make it enjoyable for everyone (think sports games and scrimmages). Classes may be subject to cancellation if there is insufficient enrollment. If you see an activity you like, don’t hesitate to sign up today!
*All registrations are on a first come; first served basis.
