Guaranteed 3 games, with possibility of playing up to 5 games.

Games are 22 minutes long.

5v5 including keepers.

All USSF Rules Apply in addition to Tournament Series Rules.


Roster Size: 10 players max


  • Must Qualify for Finals
    • Must be a finalist in any preliminary tournament to qualify



  1. Go to www.unitedsports.net 
    1. Click on ‘Tournaments’ tab at top of page
    2. Scroll down and select the tournament you would like to Register for 
  2. When on the specific tournaments page, click on the orange Register button on the right hand side 
  3. You will need to set up an account to continue with Registration 
    1. You can choose to connect through Facebook or manually input your information
  4. After creating an account, you will be prompted to input your teams information
  5. After team details are submitted you will be prompted to sign waivers 
    1. Click on reach box to read the details behind each waiver 
    2. Ensure you click the box on the left hand side of each box to ensure the waivers are signed 
    3. You can also choose to add another team at the bottom of the waiver page
  6. The last step will Payment Details, once entering card information and billing address press ‘Pay Now
    1. You can also choose to “Skip / Pay Later”. Your bill will be applied to your account and you can make payments through your account or through check



  1. After you create an account, you may login and you will be sent immediately to your personal ‘Dashboard
    1. https://unitedsportstournaments.leagueapps.com – this is the website to login to your account at any time
  2. On your Dashboard page you will see ‘My Staff Assignments’ 
    1. Scroll down to the tournament you need to register players for 
    2. Under the TEAM column you will see ‘Invite Players’ next to each teams name; click on it to register players
  3. It will direct you to a page where you can send out emails to each parent/player to finish their registration
    1. There is an area to add your own personalized message that accompanies the link for them to register 
    2. Once all emails are listed, click on the orange ‘send invites’ button at the bottom of the page
  4. You can check on your roster at anytime from your account and continue to invite players as needed



  1. You will receive an email to register your child for their specific team(s), click on the blue ‘Accept Invite’ 
  2. It will direct you to the United Sports registration page for their team 
  3. First step is to fill out all of the child’s information, then click save
  4. The next step is to sign a waiver 
    1. Click on reach box to read the details behind each waiver 
    2. Ensure you click the box on the left hand side of the box to ensure the waiver is signed then click next
  5. You will then be taken to the Summary Page, please review this information and if it is correct press complete
  6. Finally is your confirmation page, a final review of the registration. You can choose your final action at the bottom of this page or simply choose to close the browser
