- Season starts September 16.
- Season is 7 games plus a “Championship” day
- Age Groups: K – 6th Grade
- Games will run on Wednesdays from 5pm-8pm
- Sessions will consist of practices, fun team games (shooting accuracy, penalty shootouts, stickhandling challenges) and games vs other teams
- Jersey included in registration fee
- United Sports provides hockey sticks.
- Recommended Gear: Mouth guard, Shin guards, Hockey gloves

- Refunds will ONLY be issued in the event of a program cancellation
Registration Dates:
- Fall Season Start: September 16
- Regular Registration: July 16 – August 31
- Late Registration: September 1 – September 6
- Last Day to Register: September 6
Registration Costs:
- Regular Registration: $150 per player
- Late Registration: $175 per player
- Refunds are only issued in the event of program cancellation.
- An administration fee is required for program registration. This admin fee is good for one year, once paid, covers all admin costs for all programs for the year. The admin fee must be paid prior to registration, or you will receive an error.
- Only players, coaches, and officials are permitted inside the field of play.
- Any issues should be brought to United Sports staff immediately.
- Any parent or non-coach entering the field of play may be removed from facility and/or suspended from attendance.
- Commentary will remain positive at all times toward players, coaches, officials, and other parents.
- United Sports staff, once informed or made aware of an issue, will be the ones to handle any concerns or problems
