Launching this Fall in the Lancaster Area comes NFL Flag Football, in a league powered by United Sports.  We’re bringing the premier league experience from our Downingtown location to you in Lancaster!  Want to play with your friends, request them as a buddy!  Want to try something new, players of all skill levels are welcome.  As the league grows, we’ll begin to offer competitive and recreational divisions in each age level, as well as all-girls divisions too!  Come play flag football with United Sports and the NFL!

Program Information


  • Divisions:
    • K-1st Grade
    • 2-3rd Grade
    • 4-5th Grade
    • **NEW** Girls Division for 2-5th Grade
  • 2 x 20 minute halves
  • Each team will have 7 games (more for playoff teams)
  • All sessions, including both games and practices, will be Friday nights under the lights!
  • Playoffs for qualifying teams to be held tournament-style
  • *NEW UNIFORMS – uniforms will be the new Performance Jerseys – they look great!*
  • **Coaches are volunteers and we are always appreciative of their help.  We know they are always happy to have assistance from others; however, no person can be considered a coach, or act as one on the field or sideline with the participants, unless officially assigned by United Sports.  There are no exceptions to this rule.**

    • All practices and games will be held at the Manheim Township Athletic Complex

  • Cleats are permitted, as well as sneakers or turf shoes – cleats must be plastic.  No metal or screw-in cleats allowed.
  • Bring water bottle for all practices & games
  • Players with no signed waiver will not be allowed on the field
  • Players should log into their DaySmart account weekly to check their game time
  • Check-In
    • Prior to the start of each league game, players will be required to check in with the field marshal.
  • Refund Policy
    • Refunds will ONLY be issued in the event of a program cancellation
  • Only players, coaches, and officials are permitted inside the field of play.  
  • All spectators, including siblings, must remain outside.
  • Any issues should be brought to staff immediately.  
  • Any parent or non-coach entering the field of play may be removed from facility and/or suspended from attendance.
  • Commentary will remain positive at all times toward players, coaches, officials, and other parents.
  • Staff, once informed or made aware of an issue, will be the ones to handle any concerns or problems

Returning Player Registration: $135 per player (through 7/7, must enter code at checkout)

Regular Registration: $155 per player (6/27-8/11)

Late Registration: $175 per player (after 8/11)
