MINI & JR YOUTH LACROSSE CLASSES

Whether it is your first time picking up a stick or you’re a more experienced player, our staff will help you develop or refine your game play. Athletes will learn all the fundamentals of stick handling, cradling, passing, and shooting, all in a FUN, non-checking environment. Our staff will ensure that players not only learn the sport of lacrosse, but also important life skills such as respect, teamwork, and discipline.

*Our Junior Lacrosse builds on the concepts taught in Mini Lacrosse.

Participants will develop an understanding of offensive and defensive tactics that they’ll implement into realistic scrimmages and game-like situations. We’ll introduce the basics of passing, catching, cradling and scooping, and end each class with small-sided activities and games. We generally separate groups by age and ability with a player to coach ratio of 10:1 or fewer, so that each player can flourish in our fun and encouraging atmosphere.
