NFL Flag Football League at United Sports in Downingtown, PA gives young athletes the chance to learn the game, build confidence, and compete in a fun and supportive environment. Our Youth NFL Flag Football League focuses on skill development, teamwork, and exciting weekly games while providing a safe, non-contact football experience for players of all skill levels.
Youth NFL Flag Football League Details
- Games and practices are played in Kinetic Dome on Wednesday evenings
- Games are scheduled between 5 – 10Pm
- 2 x 20 minute halves | 7 Game season + 1 pre-season practice
- DIVISION LEVELS:
- *Any division may be combined with another based on numbers to operate
- **NOTE: Grade level division is based on where the child COMPLETED their ‘25/’26 school year**
- If a player would like to “PLAY UP” a division based on the upcoming school year, that is acceptable and can be discussed with the League Director

Coed Divisions:
• K-1st Grade
• 2-3rd Grade
• 4-5th Grade
• 6-7th Grade
• 8-9th Grade
Girls Only Divisions:
• 3rd-5th Grade
• 6th-8th Grade
- Game times will be updated weekly on DaySmart
- Official NFL Flag Reversible jersey and NFL flags included with registration
- Teams are coached by volunteer parents. Please let us know if you have interest in coaching!
- Teams will be built by the director making every attempt to balance evenly. Parents will be asked to evaluate their child’s ability and experience during the registration process. Please be as accurate as possible to the best of your knowledge. Players may make a request to play with a friend or for carpooling, BUT these requests will need to be matching in order to be honored. No requests are guaranteed, but director will try to accommodate at least one matching request per player.
- GAME DAY
- What to Bring: Cleats are permitted, as well as sneakers or turf shoes – cleats must be plastic. No metal or screw-in cleats allowed.
- Bring water bottle for all practices & games
- Players with no signed waiver will not be allowed on the field
- Players will be required to check-in with the field marshal at the start of each game.
Youth NFL Flag Football Registration Dates and Costs
Registration Dates:
- Summer Season Start: June 17
- Early-Bird Registration Ends: March 23 – April 19
- Regular Registration: April 20 – May 17
- Late Registration (+$35): May 18 – May 31
- Final Day to Register: May 31
Registration Costs:
- Early-Bird Registration: $170 per player
- Regular Registration: $180 per player
- Late Registration: $200 per player
Youth NFL Flag Football Registration Information
- Refunds are only issued in the event of program cancellation.
- An administration fee is required for program registration. This admin fee is good for one year, once paid, covers all admin costs for all programs for the year. The admin fee must be paid prior to registration, or you will receive an error.
- Only players, coaches, and officials are permitted inside the field of play.
- All spectators, including siblings, must remain outside netting/boards.
- Any issues should be brought to United Sports staff immediately.
- Any parent or non-coach entering the field of play may be removed from facility and/or suspended from attendance.
- Commentary will remain positive at all times toward players, coaches, officials, and other parents.
- United Sports staff, once informed or made aware of an issue, will be the ones to handle any concerns or problems
