Join us for the Indoor Tournament Series at West Chester University this January, where youth teams from U10 to U19 will compete in an exhilarating showcase of talent and teamwork!   • If a tournament is at capacity, please register for the tournament wait-list. You will not be charged.
  • Wait-list participants will be selected based on their wait-list registration date if tournament spots open.

 Please only register for the wait-list if the tournament is full!

Tournament Information

  • Clubs are ONLY permitted to register 2 teams per division
  • All teams will receive 4: 25 minute games
  • Divisions include U10, U12, U14, U16 and U19
  • Running Clock, Central Horn
  • Games are umpired by USA Certified Officials
  • Max 12 players/team, MIN of 8 players/team
  • Rosters and waivers will be submitted electronically

Pay in full with a credit card in LeagueApps, or select “Pay Later” in Tourney Machine to mail in your deposit check.

Your balance will be due no later than 4 weeks prior to the start of each tournament thereafter.

Ex. If you register 10 teams before November 15, you will owe $750 at the time of registration. The rest of your balance will be due no later than 4 weeks prior to the start of each tournament thereafter.

  • You will need to set up an account to continue with Registration
  • You can choose to connect through Facebook or manually input your information
  • After creating an account, you will be prompted to input your teams information
  • After team details are submitted you will be prompted to sign waivers
  • Click on reach box to read the details behind each waiver
  • Ensure you click the box on the left hand side of each box to ensure the waivers are signed
  • You can also choose to add another team at the bottom of the waiver page
  • The last step will Payment Details, once entering card information and billing address press ‘Pay Now’
  • You can also choose to “Skip / Pay Later”. Your bill will be applied to your account and you can make payments through your account or through check

After you create an account, you may login and you will be sent immediately to your personal ‘Dashboard’

  • On your Dashboard page you will see ‘My Staff Assignments’
  • Scroll down to the tournament you need to register players for
  • Under the ‘TEAM’ column you will see ‘Invite Players’ next to each teams name; click on it to register players
  • It will direct you to a page where you can send out emails to each parent/player to finish their registration
  • There is an area to add your own personalized message that accompanies the link for them to register
  • Once all emails are listed, click on the orange ‘send invites’ button at the bottom of the page
  • You can check on your roster at anytime from your account and continue to invite players as needed
  • You will receive an email to register your child for their specific team(s), click on the blue ‘Accept Invite’
  • It will direct you to the United Sports registration page for their team
  • First step is to fill out all of the child’s information, then click save
  • The next step is to sign a waiver
  • Click on reach box to read the details behind each waiver
  • Ensure you click the box on the left hand side of the box to ensure the waiver is signed then click next
  • You will then be taken to the Summary Page, please review this information and if it is correct press complete
  • Finally is your confirmation page, a final review of the registration. You can choose your final action at the bottom of this page or simply choose to close the browser

Registration: Closes 30 days prior to the tournament.

Final Payment: 30 days prior to the tournament.

Rosters Due: 14 days prior to the tournament.

*Schedules will be released one week prior to the tournament.
